Pricing changes by release, so we send it as a dated list. Request it and we'll send the dated version.
Are prices quoted with HST?
New-home prices in Ontario are commonly HST-included and may assume rebates assigned to the builder, including an estimated ENHR. Ask how the current list treats each rebate.
Are there incentives?
The September 23, 2026 Vicinity Phase 2 package advertises purchase-price incentives, subject to conditions, with an October 31, 2026 end date. Confirm written terms for your lot.
